7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium plans). If you are not satisfied with Steal AI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your license key or the email address used for purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
After the 7-Day Period
After the 7-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
Free Tier
The free tier requires no payment and is therefore not subject to this refund policy. Free tier usage (50 AI calls) is provided at no cost and is non-transferable.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination.
Exceptions
Steal AI reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles)
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Account termination due to fraudulent activity
